Intake session: $175

Individual session: $150

Couples session: $150

Insurance

In-Network Insurance: I am an in-network provider and currently contracted with the following insurance plans:

• Premera

• Aetna

• Regence

Out-of-Network Insurance: If I am out-of-network for your insurance, you may still be able to utilize your benefits. I can provide you with a monthly superbill (a detailed medical receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I highly recommend contacting your provider ahead of time to learn about your specific out-of-network mental health benefits and reimbursement rates.
